"Tara Rees, the founder of Euka Floral Design, is a Perth-based florist known for her wild, textural arrangements using seasonal, locally grown flora and sustainable design practices. Guided by the six Noongar seasons, Tara’s work reflects a deep connection to Country and natural cycles. Through Euka, Tara champions conscious design, connection to nature & community, and environmentally responsible floristry.

Carly is a textile artist and natural maker passionate about sustainability and slow fashion. Drawing inspiration from all the native Australian plants and her lush garden, she creates garments and prints that honour the rhythms of the Noonga seasons and celebrating conscious creativity.

What to Expect:
✨ Begin with a guided meditation led by Olivia, connecting with nature beneath the trees of Kings Park
✨ Carly will share insights into the textile industry and introduce you to the magic of natural dyeing
✨ Create your own naturally dyed peace silk sleep mask using flowers and leaves, a one-of-a-kind piece to take home
✨ Flow through a 45-minute yoga session with Olivia, designed to leave you feeling grounded and refreshed

Join Carly from Rivarossa Botanicals for a 2–2.5 hour hands-on workshop exploring the art of natural dyeing with native Western Australian leaves. You'll create your own one-of-a-kind peace silk scarf using eco-printing techniques, and also design a hemp/linen bookmark using dried flowers.
Learn how natural acids and alkalines (like lemon juice and bicarb soda) can change the colours of different plants and flowers, adding a fun and educational element to your creations.
We use peace silk, a cruelty-free fabric that lets silk moths complete their life cycle, aligning with our commitment to sustainability and ethical practices.
