Step away from the busyness of everyday life and immerse yourself in a nurturing half-day retreat that blends mindful movement with hands-on creativity. This unique experience brings together yoga and natural dyeing — inviting you to slow down, reconnect with nature, and express yourself through colour and cloth.

After yoga, we’ll transition into a natural dye workshop where you’ll learn how to transform peace silk fabric using homegrown florals. Using the eco-printing technique, You’ll explore how flowers, and natural pigments create beautiful, one-of-a-kind patterns — and leave with your own dyed piece to take home as a wearable or keepsake. *You will have an option to dye a peace silk sleep mask, scrunchie or scarf.

This half day retreat is about more than just learning skills — it’s an opportunity to slow down, connect with like-minded people, and experience the grounding rhythm of nature through both movement and art.
